With over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Ernesto Curci is a distinguished leader with deep expertise in subsea and terrestrial network operations, engineering, and customer service. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the telecommunications landscape across Latin America, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and reliability in complex network infrastructures.

At Level 3, CenturyLink, and Lumen, Ernesto was responsible for overseeing the entire subsea and terrestrial network infrastructure across Latin America. His strategic leadership was key to optimizing performance, ensuring seamless connectivity, and driving operational efficiency across diverse markets. His efforts helped establish these companies as leaders in the region, enhancing service delivery and fostering innovation.

Before his leadership roles at Level 3, CenturyLink, and Lumen, Ernesto served as Director of Operations for Latin America at Global Crossing, where he led the operations of the company’s extensive network infrastructure across the region. His leadership in operations was instrumental in expanding digital connectivity and ensuring high-quality service delivery across Latin America.

Earlier in his career, Ernesto worked at Telintar, where he led the operations department for Argentina’s only international operator. This role solidified his leadership credentials and technical expertise in a highly competitive and dynamic industry, providing a solid foundation for his later roles.

Ernesto is renowned for his ability to lead large teams, managing hundreds of employees while driving organizational change and delivering high-impact, large-scale projects.
