The Argentine firm Datawaves, specialized in high-tech modular solutions, signed a strategic agreement with Nethinker LLC, a technology consultancy based in Miami, to expand its commercial presence. The agreement was announced this week and is part of the company's internationalization plan, which had already begun with the export of FTTH shelters to Paraguay.
The objective of the agreement is to establish a commercial development platform that allows Datawaves to increase its reach in markets with high demand for critical infrastructure for telecommunications, energy, mining, oil and data centers. The operation represents a new step in the regional growth strategy of the Argentine firm, which has an industrial plant of 10,000 m² in Greater Buenos Aires.
"This alliance reaffirms our commitment to national industrial development and technological innovation. Nethinker's capacity to represent will allow us to reach new markets with greater agility and local knowledge," explained Pablo Perelmuter, president and founder of Datawaves.
The alliance seeks to respond to a specific need of the Latin American market: personalized, reliable and scalable modular solutions, capable of operating in complex environments and with international quality standards. For that, Datawaves offers custom-designed products, from shelters for telecommunications to modules for renewable energies and mobile data centers.
"Working together with Nethinker will allow us to accelerate the pace of regional expansion without losing control over our productive capacities and our intellectual property," Perelmuter said. "We want to be an Argentine industrial reference that exports added value."
From Nethinker they highlighted the potential of the alliance. “The region needs local solutions that can be implemented quickly and adaptable. This synergy will allow us to offer a comprehensive response in terms of efficiency, security and operational reliability," they said from their headquarters in Florida.
