Gabriel Holgado

With over 30 years of experience, Gabriel is a strategic leadership expert specializing in organizational transformation, multinational team management, and complex global negotiations. He is the founder of Nethinker, a consulting firm focused on driving digital transformation and business innovation across industries. Gabriel is recognized by Capacity Media as one of the Top 100 Influencers (Power 100) in global telecommunications. He has built a strong reputation for his expertise in global business development, marketing, sales, strategy, and the expansion of international operations.

Gabriel’s extensive career includes notable roles in leading multinational companies. Most recently, after Lumen’s divestiture of its LATAM operations, he was appointed EVP of Global Sales at Cirion Technologies, where he led a skilled team to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Gabriel was instrumental in launching telecommunications operations across Latin America while at Global Crossing and later Lumen Technologies, enhancing digital connectivity in the region.

Earlier in his career, Gabriel served as Carrier Relations Manager at AT&T and coordinated the Switch & Data division at Telefónica's Labs in Argentina.

Gabriel holds an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, a Postgraduate degree in Negotiation from Universidad Católica Argentina, and a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the National University of Córdoba. He has completed Executive Development programs at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Emory University, and Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Chile.
